Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled as long as they haven't reached the "Shipped" status.

How old do I have to be to order?

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from our site. We use a third-party age verification system at checkout to comply with federal "Tobacco 21" laws.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). We do not currently accept PayPal or Apple Pay for tobacco products due to their internal service restrictions.
